In the spirit of Halloween, I’ll be listing my favorite 15 Universal Horror Films in order.  I did this list in 5 minutes while mildly intoxicated, so please be kind.

NUMBER 11 –

The Raven (1935)

This is not the best Lugosi/Karloff film, but it’ll do in a pinch.  There’s just enough weirdness going on to fully creep you out while still allowing both actors to flesh out their parts.  I love Irene Ware as the damsel in this one, and Lugosi is one sick f*ck.
